James Street Grade II Commercial Refurbishment

This commercial project at 78 St James Street involves the refurbishment of an existing listed Grade II building located in London. The building comprises of a total existing gross internal area of 16,779m2. The historic building dated from the 19th century and comprises two grand rooms on the ground and second floors, a multi-level domed circulation space, a basement and mansard levels which will be turned into office space and associated facilities with a roof top terrace.

In addition to the Mechanical and Electrical design package, Lawler Sustainability is also providing BREEAM advisory services to ensure that the final mechanical and electrical services will be BREEAM compliant and will ensure that the project achieves the targeted BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.
