With most of our commercial sector work taking place in office environments, it is a major focus of Lawler Sustainability to reduce energy consumption and create more productive and healthier workplaces.
Employee Wellbeing
With people spending so much time at the office, it is imperative that they feel comfortable in their working environment.
Indoor air quality, thermal comfort, lighting conditions, and interior layout all have a major impact on the wellbeing and productivity of staff.
Lawler Sustainability will assess your office space and work with you to create much more sustainable and comfortable working conditions.
Investing in improving your office environment will improve morale, productivity and employee retention.
Our Experience in Commercial
Our sustainability engineers are well adversed in devising, designing, and delivering new and innovative ways to improve the overall atmosphere in buildings as well as creating a space in which all staff feels comfortable.
In addition to working on the office spaces of some highly regarded companies, Lawler Sustainability is proud to have been engaged by the European Commission to be a major contributor to the SmartSPIN project.
SmartSPIN will develop, test, validate and exploit a new business model for Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) that leads to greater uptake of Smart Energy Services (SES) deployed via performance-based contracting in the commercial rented sector.
Some of our other work in the commercial sector includes.
