Fitwel Building Health Certification

Fitwel is the world’s leading certification system that’s committed to building health for all. At Lawler Sustainability, we’re fortunate enough to have a number of qualified Fitwel ambassadors, capable of assessing buildings to ensure they are designed and operated in a way that supports the health, wellbeing and productivity of their occupants.

Fitwel Accredited Building Health Assessment

Fitwel is the leading global health certification system, generated by expert analysis of over 3,000 academic research studies, which uniquely allows a portfolio or single project-based approach.

The Fitwel certification has been adopted for prestigious buildings like the new NTMA Building on North Dublin Docks, and in companies like Bouygues Construction for their own fit-out in London. Our team is currently conducting a Fitwel assessment of a building located in Kilkenny, owned by State Street Corporation.

A Fitwel certification is essentially a signal to employees, residents, investors and other stakeholders that you prioritise wellness within the design, development and operations of buildings and communities.

The FITWEL Viral Response Module mitigates viral transmission, builds trust and creates healthy environments.
