What is RESET?
RESET is a set of standards and assessment tools & services to develop actionable, long-term strategies towards health and sustainability for the built environment.
The RESET Standard
The RESET Standard is the world’s first sensor-based and performance-driven data standard and certification program for the built environment. The RESET Standard creates a structure for data quality, continuous monitoring, and benchmarking. The standard harnesses the power of technology in order to assess the performance of buildings and interior spaces during their operational phase.
The RESET Standard consists of five stand-alone standards: Materials, Air, Water, Energy, and Circularity. They are modular and can be implemented separately or together depending on the needs of the project.
RESET
Regenerative Ecological, Social, and Environmental Targets standard is designed for continuous monitoring, collection of monitor data and reporting of results to help the built environment become healthier and more sustainable. The standard focuses on the three following pillars: ecological, social and economic. The standard is modularised as follows, allowing project teams to implement individual modules overtime:
- RESET Materials
- RESET Air
- RESET Water
- RESET Energy
- RESET Circularity
There are five possible RESET project statuses or accreditations projects can achieve depending on timeframe and modules: RESET Entry, RESET Connected, RESET Pre-Accredited, RESET Accredited and RESET Certified.
Our sustainability team are committed to helping you create a healthier and more sustainable built environment.
