Lawler Sustainability is now offering Energy Intensive Industries (EIIs) the opportunity to receive 100 hours of free energy auditing consultancy through the EU-funded Audit Plus Project.
This is part of a limited voucher scheme designed to support high energy users in accelerating their decarbonisation journey while uncovering funding opportunities for efficiency projects.
What is the Audit Plus Project?
Audit Plus is a European initiative running in Ireland, Spain, and Poland, funded by the EU to:
- Understand the specific needs of Energy Intensive Industries in the transition to low-carbon operations
- Identify cost-effective energy-saving opportunities
- Recommend technical and financial pathways to decarbonisation
Lawler Sustainability, as an Irish project partner, has been allocated 20 vouchers, each providing 100 hours of expert energy auditing free of charge.
So far, we’ve worked with:
- 6 Pharmaceutical facilities
- 2 Logistics and warehousing operations
- 1 Healthcare provider
We now have 11 vouchers remaining and are looking for businesses ready to take advantage of this opportunity.
Who is Eligible?
Eligibility is straightforward. If your business falls under the Energy Intensive Industries category (e.g., pharma, chemical, healthcare, logistics, agri-food, manufacturing) and has a high annual energy consumption, you are likely to qualify.
An initial screening process will assess your energy usage to confirm eligibility—there’s no commitment required at this stage.

How Does It Work?
- Complete Form – Fill out the form below to express your interest in the Audit Plus scheme.
- Initial Call – We’ll set up a Teams meeting to complete a simple eligibility screening.
- Advanced Discussions – If screening approved, we’ll organise a further call with your team to understand your business needs and help you choose one or two priority areas such as technology assessments, cost-benefit analysis, or funding alignment.
- Pre-Audit Data Collection – Once consultancy services are agreed we will ask you to complete a Request for Information (RFI) form.
- Audit Delivery – Receive 100 Hours of Consultancy covered by the EU in which our team will deliver the audit and provide you with actionable insights.
The full process typically takes 6-8 weeks from application to audit completion. If further work is identified, this can be arranged directly post-audit.
