This month we revealed our updated website to reflect our mission to a customer-first approach. By putting our customer’s first, not only do we prioritise customer satisfaction and deliver value, we will drive innovation and growth.
We therefore spent significant time refining our service offerings to ensure that our complex technical engineering focuses on simplicity and outcomes, after a recent study found a major concern was our marketing was seen to be too technical. Our solutions are great for engineers which have helped us win lots of intercompany awards over the years but in terms of providing a positive customer experience we must aim to focus on deliverables and in many ways dilute our technicality.
By simplifying our steps to plan and execute a customer’s sustainability journey, we can therefore prioritise customer satisfaction and deliver value. We do this in the form of strategic advice through our Consultancy Team and once goals have been set our Solutions Team can expertly design and deliver the projects. Our Operations Team ensure that engineering upgrades once installed are operated to generate optimal performance and savings.
The sustainability journey is one that many businesses will have already started but many are at an early stage. It can be difficult to know where to start and once underway keeping momentum and focus sustained. We’ve developed a simple process of working with businesses setting reachable milestones at both strategic planning & implementation stage. There are great financial supports to support progress and for many that we’ve helped and continue to work with sustainability acts as a key differentiator for their business and is quickly integrated as a strategic pillar of their business strategy. As part of the re-launch, we have introduced our decarbonisation solutions to enable energy efficiency measures and meet emission reduction goals.
By using our company’s ethos of ‘A Future Built on Sustainable Design’ we draw on our 40 year design experience in our consulting business, Lawler Consulting, to offer turnkey energy & sustainability projects. In a way this design experience gives us a unique perspective that many other companies in energy and sustainability don’t have. As engineers we are already designing buildings to be more energy efficient so in many ways it is a natural progression into helping clients with their wider sustainability strategy and carbon neutrality.
We challenge our clients to move away from how it uses energy today in its products, practices and behaviours and it is this way of thinking that will enable the world to be more climate aware, environmentally sound and meet their goals towards a cleaner future.
