BREEAM Rating
Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) sets the standard for best practice in sustainable building design, construction, and operation and has become one of the most comprehensive and widely recognised measures of a building’s environmental performance.
In addition to the Mechanical and Electrical design package, Lawler Sustainability provided BREEAM advisory services to ensure that the final mechanical and electrical services are BREEAM compliant.
Our team was successful in attaining a final BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’, the second highest rating that a building can achieve.
