This commercial project at 78 St. James Street involves the refurbishment of an existing listed Grade II building located in London.

The building comprises a total existing gross internal area of 16,779 square metres. The historic building is dated from the 19th century and comprises two grand rooms on the ground and second floors, a multi-level domed circulation space, as well as basement and mansard levels which will be turned into office spaces and associated facilities with a rooftop terrace.

In addition to the Mechanical and Electrical design package, Lawler Sustainability provided BREEAM advisory services to ensure that the final mechanical and electrical services are BREEAM compliant.
