Lawler Sustainability has worked continually with the EPA in delivering quality buildings and building upgrades, including a new 2,400m² building extension which was added to the existing headquarters office in Co. Wexford. This new building was designed using a passive design which substantially reduces the energy usage of the building.

Through the installation of a biomass boiler, automated lighting system, automated facades, heat recovery systems, rainwater harvesting, and photovoltaics, the client has a high energy efficient building achieving a Building Energy Rating of A3.

Early design integration meant that the construction costs were not significantly higher than a non-green building.
