Lawler Sustainability were tasked with the role of LEED Administrator and LEED Commissioning Authority (CxA) for the 3,765 m2 Unit A5B project.
Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED)
Unit A5B is a two-storey semi-detached warehouse unit with two-storey ancillary offices and a gross floor area of approx. 3,765 sq m.
Our LEED Administrator role involved effectively coordinating with the Project Team to design and build a green building that aligns with the owner’s requirements.
This process included providing accurate and concise analysis and research to make effective recommendations towards achieving the owner’s goals and objectives.
It was essential to monitor and track the progress of the LEED project throughout the entire process to minimise any unforeseen issues which could affect the overall LEED Certification result.
The result of the works provided produced a highly energy-efficient LEED Silver Certification, which helps to create a healthy & cost-saving environment for the occupants.
