London’s Kensington Palace Gardens is the most expensive address in the UK. This apartment complex based very close to some of the U.K’s wealthiest home owners is complete luxury. The entrance hall has a vibrant marble floor, giving the building a sophisticated look and the surrounding gardens bring an element of calm to what is a busy business area.
Lawler Sustainability together with sister company Pivotal International were hired to deliver a provision of MEP services to these apartments. Incorporated was a technical heating system, taking into account the apartments, common areas and reception area. A similar cooling and ventilation system was implemented throughout the building.
In terms of lighting, Lawler Sustainability designed a lighting plan for the building, incorporating a combination of ceiling hung and wall mounted lighting. Fire detection systems were too installed. These well lit spaces, combined with white interior walls created a bright and airy space for residents.
